Home / Industries / Government
A wide range of the individuals and the companies, and official bodies periodically need translation services for government documents. This is most often necessary when submitting documentation to the USCIS and immigration authorities of other countries when conducting legal court cases, and concluding contracts. In all cases presented and not presented in this list, Alphabet is ready to help, quickly and efficiently solve the client’s problem.
We offer government translation from/into 70+ languages, which is carried out by native speakers with a specialization in this area. Specialization and experience help our employees not only accurately convey the literal meaning but also process documents properly. Also, based on experience, we often tell clients the correct procedure, which allows them to consistently comply with formal deadlines and subtly take into account the specifics of official procedures. Due to this, for example, a government translation from Alphabet is accepted at USCIS with a 100% guarantee.
The specifics and the increased level of responsibility in this area make it necessary to take into account several factors. In most cases, a certified government translation is required, in which the work is performed word-for-word and accompanied by a certificate of accuracy – it is issued on Alphabet letterhead and contains the required wet seals and signatures. In some cases, a notarized government translation is required. Our company is ready to carry out notarization as part of one comprehensive service. That is, the task is always solved, firstly, in its entirety, and secondly, with maximum convenience for the client. Solving any issues will not require the customer to bother, travel to the office, or wait. Online, in a telephone conversation with our consulting manager, you can specify any details of the order and make a request. It is easy to upload copies of the originals for work directly on this page of the site.
Please note that the upload is made via a secure connection, and Alphabet employees strictly comply with the confidentiality requirements set out in the NDA signed during employment. If the customer has additional requirements for the confidentiality of the transmitted data, we are ready to consider and sign a special NDA agreement.
It takes no more than a day to complete orders in volumes up to 10 pages, and often, at the request of clients, we provide translation services for government documents in a shorter period. In any case, the resulting documents are in the hands of the client as quickly as possible using e-mail (electronic copies), postal, or courier delivery (at the customer’s choice for certified government translations).

We never use machine translation. High-quality and responsible results are provided only by human professional translation. At Alphabet, the work is always performed by certified native-speaking translators with a specialization and work experience of at least 3-5 years. They live in many countries of the world, thanks to which they know the language and other local subtleties, for example, the specifics of processing documents for passing national official procedures.
We work with any readable documents issued by official bodies (state, courts, local authorities), commercial, educational, and public organizations created by the authors for publication or private use. The client shall attach the necessary materials to the application in electronic form. In most cases, we use text or graphic (for scanned documents) formats DOX, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, JPEG, JPG, RTF, ODT, and PDF. If it is more convenient for you to use a different format, coordinate this issue with our consultant operator.
All Alphabet employees sign an NDA when they are hired and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information provided by customers. If you wish to familiarize yourself with the provisions of our NDA or consider it necessary to add new requirements, please contact the consulting operator.

Yes, Alphabet provides such a service. As a rule, our clients require an apostille when submitting American documents to undergo official procedures in other countries. We recommend discussing the details of the order with the apostille for the translation with our consultant operator.
