Alphabet offers professional translation services from/to 75+ languages. We work promptly and accurately, which allows customers to solve their tasks without difficulty. Alphabet has extensive experience in preparing certified, notarized translations from almost any language for state, judicial, and other official authorities in the United States. In most cases, we can handle the execution of an order of 5-10 pages per day or even in a few hours, if necessary for the client. The high speed of translation from various languages is also ensured by the organization of work at a modern level, namely, online consultations, uploading documents through the website, using electronic and courier delivery.

We never use machine translation. High-quality and responsible results are provided only by human professional translation. At Alphabet, the work is always performed by certified native-speaking translators with a specialization and work experience of at least 3-5 years. They live in many countries of the world, thanks to which they know the language and other local subtleties, for example, the specifics of processing documents for passing national official procedures.
We work with any readable documents issued by official bodies (state, courts, local authorities), commercial, educational, and public organizations created by the authors for publication or private use. The client shall attach the necessary materials to the application in electronic form. In most cases, we use text or graphic (for scanned documents) formats DOX, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, JPEG, JPG, RTF, ODT, and PDF. If it is more convenient for you to use a different format, coordinate this issue with our consultant operator.
All Alphabet employees sign an NDA when they are hired and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information provided by customers. If you wish to familiarize yourself with the provisions of our NDA or consider it necessary to add new requirements, please contact the consulting operator.

Paper versions of documents (this is necessary, for example, for a notarized certified translation) are sent in an appropriate envelope, using the services of a reputable postal or courier service agreed with the client.
Customer’s credit card data is not stored or even uploaded to our servers, as settlements are conducted through a financial transaction processing partner PayPal.
Yes, Alphabet provides such a service. As a rule, our clients require an apostille when submitting American documents to undergo official procedures in other countries. We recommend discussing the details of the order with the apostille for the translation with our consultant operator.
